Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • All bookings are non-refundable. Guests who would like to make a change to their booking must contact Eduplay STEM Lab at least 2 hours in advance of the start of the session. • Guests may receive a passcode to re-book for a future time within 3 months of the original booking and subject to availability. Re-booking requests made less than 2 hours before the session start cannot be accommodated. • To change or cancel a session, please call or send an SMS to 076 306 3669 with Cancellation or Change in the message and include the name of the Guest, the date and time of the original booking, the future session request if known. ************************************************************************************************************************* EduPlay is a shoe free facility. Socks are required at all times for children and adults while inside the premises. ************************************************************************************************************************** Late Arrival Policy Please note that your session booking includes a fixed 2-hour session. If you arrive late to your schedule session it will still end at the originally scheduled end time and additional time cannot be added in order to accommodate the next session group.
