EduPlay STEM Lab, GmbH requires your review and acceptance of the General Terms & Conditions (GTC), Code of Conduct and Cancellation & Rebooking prior to visiting or at the check in desk on the reservation day.
General Terms and Conditions
Release of Liability
I, acknowledge as a guest of EduPlay STEM Lab GmbH:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in play and learning activities at EduPlay STEM Lab GmbH, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries (e.g., bumps, bruises, scrapes) and rare but serious injuries. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, or damage associated with my child’s participation in activities at the facility. -
Supervision
I agree that I am responsible for supervising my child at all times while at EduPlay STEM Lab GmbH, unless otherwise stated (e.g., during a staff-led activity or party program). I acknowledge that the facility is not a drop-off or childcare facility. -
Health & Wellness
I certify that my child is in good health and does not have any communicable diseases, illnesses, or injuries that could pose a risk to others or be worsened by participation in physical activity. -
Liability Release
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless EduPlay STEM Lab GmbH, its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses, including legal fees, arising from or related to any injury, illness, or accident that may occur during our visit. -
Medical Emergencies
In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the EduPlay STEM Lab staff to seek appropriate medical treatment for my child and agree to bear any costs incurred. -
Food Allergies and Personal Items
I understand that food products may be present in the facility. I am responsible for informing staff of any allergies. The café is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. -
Photography and Video Recording Policy
EduPlay STEM Lab GmbH strictly prohibits the photography or video recording of any child other than your own while on the premises, in order to protect the privacy and safety of all participants. -
Late Arrival Policy
Please note that your booking includes a fixed 2-hour session. If you arrive late, your scheduled session will still end at the originally scheduled end time and additional time cannot be added. We appreciate your understanding and punctuality.

Welcome to EduPlay STEM Lab, GmbH, herein named “EduPlay”! We're excited to have you here. To make sure everyone has fun and stays safe, we kindly ask all visitors—big and small—to follow these simple rules:
☀️ General Rules

Kind Hands, Kind Words – Please treat everyone with respect. Kindness and courtesy go a long way. Take turns, and share play stations. Let’s be fair and friendly.

Grown-ups Stay, Littles Play – A parent or guardian must stay with their child at all times. Any child trying to leave the facility must be accompanied by their parent or guardian.

Play Safe - Keep hands and feet to yourself. No hitting, running, pushing, or rough play.

Shoes Off, Socks On – Socks must be worn in play areas. No bare feet or shoes inside the play zones by adults and/or children (Socks are available for purchase).

No food and drink in the play zones – Let’s keep things clean and safe. Food and drink can only be consumed at the designated café tables. Please support our café by enjoying food and beverages purchased from our café. Unless for dietary reasons, no outside food is allowed. Infant formula and baby food is acceptable.

No sick children, please – Help us keep everyone healthy by staying home if your child is unwell. We can reschedule your reservation session, if needed.

Respect the space and use equipment safely – Let’s explore by always using equipment properly and leaving things where you found them. Absolutely no throwing items/toy pieces or placing EduPlay property pieces in mouths.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that furry pets be left at home. Only service animals are permitted on the premises. Thank you for your understanding.
Report concerns – If you see something unsafe or concerning, please tell an EduPlay staff member right away.

Stay in the facility of EduPlay STEM Lab – Do not leave the facility without your responsible person or the responsible person’s permission.
🧑🧒 For Parents & Caretakers

Supervise your children at all times – Caretakers are responsible for their respective child/children while in EduPlay STEM Lab facility. This is a shared space, and your attention helps keep it safe for all. Please alert a staff member for any concerns.

Respect age limits – While we have no restrictions, certain play areas may be designed for specific age groups to ensure safety.

Tidy up after play – Encourage your kids to return toy pieces and help keep the space welcoming for everyone.
We reserve the right to ask any guest who does not follow the code of conduct to leave EduPlay STEM Lab, GmbH. Our goal is to ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for everyone!

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. Guests who would like to make a change to their booking must contact Eduplay STEM lab at least 2 hours in advance of the start of the session.

Guests may receive a passcode to re-book for a future time within 3 months of the original booking and subject to availability. Re-booking requests made less than 2 hours before the session start cannot be accommodated.

To change or cancel a session, please call or send an SMS to 076 306 3669 with Cancellation or Change in the message and include the name of the Guest, the date and time of the original booking, the future session request if known.
