Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rebooking Policy Cancellations may be made up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the event. Please note that all cancellations are non-refundable, regardless of timing. Rebooking: If you cancel at least 2 hours in advance, you may request to rebook for a future date, subject to availability. Rebooking requests made less than 2 hours before the event cannot be accommodated. No-Shows: Failure to attend the event without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rebooking. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation and rebooking policy.
